Sometimes the hardest thing to do for a warrior is let go. You owe the fans in Philadelphia absolutely nothing more. You have given blood, sweat, and tears to this city, something that will forever endear you to us. All that we can do is thank you, and let you know just how much you mean to us.

The Flyers have 20-games left on their schedule, all on East Coast time (Thank Jebus) and 12 of them on home ice. 13 of the matches are against Clubs who are currently in the Playoff picture. This is the most important stretch of the season... Obviously.

One positive thing to note about our skaters was they finally established some solid forechecking for 60-minutes of hockey. Pressure was placed on San Jose effectively in their zone when they had possession.

When he's not potting the puck, his inventive awareness proves a huge benefit to his surrounding comrades. We've seen it before. Holmgren knows we'll see it again, and again, and again, and again. JVR....the time's yours.

Forget Bobrovsky. Ilya Bryzgalov is our netminder to ride, whether any of us are happy about it or not. Edmonton's not exactly sporting a brick wall in front of their cage, but just about every team in this league has stronger netminding than our Philadelphia Flyers

Philadelphia put 55-shots on Pavelec's net in 64-minutes of ice hockey, lighting five lamps, and Ondrej STILL MANAGED a save percentage of .909. The man was an unbelievable beast in the arch lastnight.

A few days ago this Philadelphia hockey Club was perched in the Top Four. Now we're facing a potential slide in the standings like we're a pedestrian about to blindly discover an uncovered manhole while walking across the city street.

What an agonizing nightmare. Flyers fans deserve better than this, it's as simple as that. I'm not trying to come off like the organization, the players and life (in general) owe you or I a favor, but when it comes to those who bleed hockey in this city......Bryzgalov's performance on the ice, and character off of the ice is absolutely unacceptable.
