Ilya Bryzgalov versus one of his old teams. A team he won a Cup with back in the 06/07 year. He was the backup to Jean Sebastien Giguere that season however.

Tonight marks the first game for Coach Bruce Boudreau behind the bench for the Ducks. In his first game behind the bench for the Capitals, his team beat the Flyers 4-3 in OT.

I'm sure if you asked him he'd say, "I #@%# hope we can have the same #@%! results #@%!"

Somewhere in that room, Teemu Selanne is covering his ears and running. Then he went on saying, "We're gonna whup the @%#% Flyers like a &@#@ red headed step child!!"

Somewhere in that same room, Corey Perry is thinking, "WTF?"

The Ducks have had a tough start this season. Even though the team has some high-power super stars in Corey Perry, Ryan Getzlaf and "Team Teemu" Selanne, they have trouble scoring. 2.21 goals per game, second worst in hockey BUT they made up for it by not keeping the puck out of their net.

Losing Lubomir Visnovksy, the Ducks best defenseman, didn't help. 22nd in GAA this season, and Jonas Hiller is having a rough time between the pipes as well. Maybe still suffering from the vertigo that plagued him last season, or maybe players are starting to realize what I noticed a couple of years ago....the guy is on his knees more that Kim Kardashian in a NBA locker room.

Just shoot over his shoulder, all day, everyday. Expect Danny Briere to abuse Jonas tonight, going top shelf where grand-momma keeps the denture putty.

**Six-days is too damn long to wait between games! Not a fan of the 10 o'clock start either. The NHL should just make the West Coast games start at 4:00, their time. That way us East Coasters can stay up for the entire game. Hey, there's a bias towards the East Coast by the NHL, remember?

Well, back to the grind for the Flyers tonight, a game versus the Quacks. Quick note: The last time the Philadelphia Flyers defeated the Anaheim Ducks was 2-January, 2009 (a Friday), Flyers 5 - 4 Ducks, SO Win, in Anaheim.

Tomorrow we're flying out to Phoenix for a tilt at 8:00pm. I hope when our boys arrive they're not met by hostile Coyote fans (Wonder if both fans requested off to do so).

LET'S GO FLYERS!!!

**This entire paragraph was a joke of course.
