No Heart? I'm All Heart, Brotha! Despite Losses, Flyers Continue Down the Win Column

This team is dangerous because they are hungry.  Time will tell just how far they can go without galvanized superstars like Pronger and Giroux, but one thing is for certain.  This is going to be an exciting ride the rest of the way.  I don’t know about you guys, but I am pumped to be a fan of the Bullies, and Lavy’s Philistines.

Who Will Want It More?, Flyers at Habs Tonight

In other words, it was epic watching the league marketed and toted Ovechkin flounder beneath the handicapped boot of Philadelphia's Broad Street Massacre. What's to stop us from performing the same way against an even lesser Montreal Canadiens?

HBO's 24/7: Road to the Ends of the Universe

By the end of the hour, I wanted more. I wanted to see more locker room scenes of the coaches setting his players straight, or the players horsing around on their flights to, and from, destinations.

A Letter from The Pack to a Pittsburgh Schmuck, With Love

I never claim that Flyers fans are perfect, but DO NOT try to claim that Penguin fans are somehow superior to Flyers fans. Please.....don't. Flyers fans are known worldwide as one of the most passionate, knowledgeable and toughest crowd when it comes to the sport of hockey.

I took time to write to Mr. Cook and expressed what I felt about his article.

More Gloom & Doom in Philly, Giroux Out Indefinitely

"Claude reported not feeling very good today. Over the past few days, his symptoms have gradually gotten worse.  He will be out indefinitely with a concussion."

The NHL's Concussion Evaluation System, ImPACT

We anticipated Claude not dressing for Tuesday night's tilt versus the Caps. Instead it looks to be 18-year old Sean Couturier taking the helm at center between Scott Hartnell and Jaromir Jagr. As Ryan Bright

points out, this will be an incredible test to the goal-scoring depth this team has possessed over the season.

A Deeper Look At TBI's, Giroux Gets Evaluated Again Today

I imagine Claude will be sitting out for Tuesday's match up against the Capitals. Instead of dominating the frozen pond, Giroux will cautiously put himself under the care of a physician and his/her tests. Afterall, it is the "repeat concussion" that does the most damage.

A Win Never Felt So Terrible, Please God Not Giroux

Claude, staggered to his skates and made it to the bench while every medical trainer on the Flyers staff chatted with him. G went to the quiet room where it was determined that the team was going to keep Claude from going back out. Nobody in the Wells Fargo Center felt worse than Wayne Simmonds at that moment.

Four In A Row, & The Audacity Of An Armchair GM's Decision

Now, if I were Paul Holmgren I'd strongly take a look at defenseman Matt Carle, and right-wing Jakub Voracek. After this league year (Present - June 30) is over, both of these skaters are due for re-signing as their contracts with the Flyers end and they become free agents. In order to extend their stay in Philadelphia, I believe both would demand a higher pay-grade.

Bryzgalov Is A Goofball, We Love It

I can just imagine myself in a business meeting with a new client. The board room is all ready to go and to begin talking money. Then all of a sudden those words in broken-English come screaming from my pants pocket, and every face at the table slowly turns my way with an expression of confusion. Like as if they just heard a nun fart, or something.
